History

One World Media’s president Glen Silcock has been fascinated with the art of video production since his youth. His interest in the medium pushed him to explore educational experiences at American Institute of Video in Burbank, CA and at the Colorado Institute of Art in Denver, CO.

Shortly after attending college, Silcock opened a one-man shop in Southern Colorado and began to build a reputation as the go-to person when it came to production, duplication and equipment questions. Following a relocation to Twin Falls, ID, the company grew into one of the largest duplication facilities in the western states and the team grew 25-fold with the space to match.

Driven by a desire to get back into production, Silcock sold that company and opened One World Media in 1998.

From its early days, One World Media dedicated itself to helping clients of all sizes communicate via video. As its reputation has grown, the company has attracted new business from coast to coast and now boasts credits on projects for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and local businesses.

One World Media assignments have included all types of projects — promotional videos, television commercials, training videos, legal videos and footage for television shows. Beyond production, One World Media is the leading provider for archiving, replication and duplication services in Idaho.

Throughout the years, the company continues to dedicate time and resources to improving technology available to clients. One World Media is sure to have the latest in HD cameras, digital archiving, duplication and replication tools, and technology for high end file and film transfers to make any project efficient and cost effective.
